The new Quarterly Veterans Certification form
for the year 2004 is now available for download
in Adobe Acrobat (PDF) format. Click on the
link below to access the form. You have the
option of (1)printing the form immediately or
(2) completing it first in your web browser
and then printing it.
Once completed, make sure to turn in two copies
to Veteran Student Services and keep the
pink copy for yourself.
