Community Service Funding Board
The UCI Community Service Funding Board (CSFB) was created to promote community service and volunteer projects in the Orange County community.
CSFB is comprised of students and staff who review proposals submitted by registered campus organizations and recommend funding to those projects that demonstrate a commitment to “hands-on” community service projects or programs.
Want to Sit on the Board?
The community Service Funding Board Member position is a non-paid, volunteering position. However you will gain a myriad of skills sets, useful insight to the funding delegation process, knowledge of campus resources and became involved with the UCI campus and the community at large. Funding is available to registered student organizations that demonstrate plans for “hands-on” community service projects or programs.
- In-person presentations. Once you have submitted your online application on the ASUCI website you will be contacted the Monday after the Due Date by the CSA to schedule your time on the designated meeting date. If you are not contacted it is your responsibility to follow-up with the CSA.
- Preference is given to projects or events in Orange County.
